David Wei
David Wei is a 16th-generation lineage holder of the Wudang Zhang San Feng Pai, a traditional Taoist martial arts lineage. Under the direct guidance of Taoist priest Master Yuan Xiu Gang, he completed over 11,000 hours of formal training at the Wudang Mountain Traditional Taoist Martial Arts Academy in China. His training encompassed internal martial arts, medical Qigong, and meditation. In 2012, David founded the Wudang West Cultural Heritage Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit wellness ministry based in Oakland, California, dedicated to practicing and preserving classical Chinese healing arts.

Matt Lucas
A professional martial artist, wellness coach, stunt performer, bodyworker, and author. He is the creator of The YAMA System, which redefines yoga and holistic wellness by integrating elements of martial arts and functional training. Matt's approach emphasizes practical and holistic methods to enhance mental, physical, and emotional health. He works with all levels from beginners to high level stunt teams, actors, youth organizations, and first responders. Including being lead stunt perfomer and trainer for Into the Badlands on AMC, and Wellness trainer for The Matrix: Resurrections to improve their movement efficiency and overall well-being.

Sheldon Callahan
A Shaolin martial artist of over 30 years, training directly under Shaolin monks and martial masters in both northern and southern styles of Kung Fu, Qigong, Tai Chi, and gymnastics. He serves as the Executive Director of the Deep Root Center for Spiritual Studies 501(c)(3) non-profit, a temple focused on spiritual and wellness studies, initially founded by monks from the Shaolin Monastery in China. Master Sheldon is also the head trainer of Shaolin Life, a program under the Deep Root Center, where he leads classes in Kung Fu, Qigong, Tai Chi, and meditation.
